Our co-founder and General Manager is a three-time award-winning real estate lawyer and former partner at a national law firm, Matt has overseen thousands of property transactions. From billion-dollar developments to first-home purchases.
Matt has seen how the lack of communication and coordination can derail even the simplest transactions. His deep understanding of the legal side of property inspired the technology behind OX Rooms.
Our co-founder and Chief Executive Officer has over 15 years of experience working alongside senior executives in the Australian public service, Emmy is a problem-solver with a knack for streamlining complex operations.

Our Head of Growth and Engagement is an experienced, people-focused leader in business growth and account management. Sharon brings more than a decade of experience working closely with property professionals.
With a background as a Licensed Conveyancer, she was deeply involved in guiding the industry through its shift to digital property transactions.
Since then, Sharon has continued to champion new products and services across NSW, ACT, Victoria, and Queensland, helping firms embrace change and find better ways to support their clients by leveraging technology.
Sharon values the genuine relationships she has built over the years. She is a trusted advisor to many firms and is passionate about understanding each client’s business. Her commitment to delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions ensures that people—and their needs—are at the centre of everything she does.
